6. Event Confirmation
Sending or receiving an offer does not in itself mean automatic confirmation of the event.
The method and deadline for confirming the specific event are determined in the respective offer and/or contract.
When an advance payment is provided for, its amount and the payment deadline are specified in the individual offer or contract.
7. Prices and Payment
Service prices are determined individually according to the parameters of the specific event.
The individual offer specifies what is included in the proposed price and which services or costs are paid additionally.
The conditions, method, and deadlines for payment are determined in the specific offer and/or contract.

8. Changes and Cancellation

The client should promptly inform Dream Team Catering of known food allergies, intolerances, or other special dietary requirements of the event participants.
Dream Team Catering provides information on allergens contained in food in accordance with applicable law.
For pre-requested special dietary requirements, the company will make the necessary efforts to fulfill them within its technological and organizational capabilities.
10. Event Execution and Location Access
When the service is provided at a location specified by the client, the client should ensure the necessary conditions for access and execution of the agreed services.
If necessary, conditions for access, loading and unloading activities, power supply, water, workspaces, and other technical or organizational requirements are clarified in advance.
Specific location requirements that lead to additional costs may be included additionally in the offer after coordination with the client.
11. Liability
Dream Team Catering is committed to providing the agreed services professionally and according to the parameters of the confirmed offer or contract.
The company is not liable for non-performance or delay when caused by force majeure or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
In the event of a problem related to the provision of the service, the client should promptly notify a representative of Dream Team Catering to provide an opportunity for reaction and resolution of the problem, where possible.
12. Content and Intellectual Property
All texts, photographs, images, graphic elements, logos, menus, design, and other materials published on the website are protected by applicable intellectual property law, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
